Credit Note Policy
We do not accept returns. However, if your item is not up to standard, you may request a credit note within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a credit note, you must contact us at ourfarmacyorders@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item(s) in question
- Your receipt or proof of purchase
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a credit note for the value of the affected item(s).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any items are damaged, defective, or not up to standard. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right by issuing a credit note if applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Eligible Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for credit notes:
- Items reported more than 2 days after delivery
- Items that have been consumed or discarded without prior documentation of the issue
- Sale items or gift cards
